Auto Dial is a future that connects the user automatically to the Internet when he is trying to access a webpage. It works only on dial-up connections. If you want to disable this future do the fallowing: click on Start --> Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> double click on Services. Now select the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager service. Stop this service by clicking Properties and then selecting "Disabled" in the Startup type box. Now click on OK.
