Description:	Control Panel like a normal Start menu

If you want to see Control Panel as a normal menu in Start you no longer have to modify the registry as in older versions. You now simply have to right click on the word "Start" and select Properties. Now click on Customize. Select the Advanced tab. Choose "Display as a menu" under the Control Panel option. Click on OK twice.
