Description:	Disabling the blue theme on Windows Xp for performance

Probably all users like the blue theme but if you have an older computer you should know that using this theme reduces overall performance. It is recommended to disable this theme for slower computers. To do that click on Start --> Control Panel --> System --> go to the Advanced tab --> click on Settings under the Performance option --> select "Adjust for best performance". Click on OK twice.
