Description:	How to stop moving files to the Recycle Bin

If you are running low on space or you simply want to directly delete a file you can stop files from moving to the Recycle Bin. To do that right click on the Recycle Bin and select Properties. Now select the Global tab. Select "Do not move files to Recycle Bin". Click on OK.
